Welcome to Forest Spirit Way

Forest Spirit Way offers a path back to nature, and to yourself. Rooted in the principles of Shinrin-Yoku (forest bathing), our guided walks invite you to slow down, reconnnect, and rediscover your inner calm.

“The forest is the therapist, the guide simply opens the door.” ~ Amos Clifford

Our Path to Forest Spirit Way

I am a nature lover, gentle guide, and the founder of Forest Spirit Way. For as long as I can remember, I’ve felt a deep pull toward wild places and the quiet magic of the seasons.

Over the past decade, what began as peaceful countryside walks, has since blossomed into a more profound, spiritual connection with the land… one that nourishes the soul and honours the sacred rhythm of nature.

This unfolding journey has led me to train as a Shinrin-yoku (forest bathing) practitioner with internationally accredited Nature and Therapy UK, allowing me to share the restorative beauty of the forest with others.

It is my heartfelt joy to hold space for those seeking stillness, connection, and a sense of sanctuary beneath the trees.
